Ordering:At Linda's Creations we use a secure shopping cart. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. All you need to do is simply click on the "buy now" button to add your item to our shopping cart. There is a section in the shopping cart for any additional instructions or preferences you wish to request when you order. We can take an order over the phone (315-303-4157) if you wish to pay with a check or money order. Checks must be made payable to Linda Sheridan. Your order will not ship until your check has cleared. All orders from the USA will be shipped via US Priority Mail, within 3-7 days from the date of payment. We do not accept International orders at this time. Custom Orders:Special orders are always welcome. You can contact me if you wish to discuss a special fabric, color or design for your doll. All dolls from Linda's Creations are handcrafted by me.Refunds or Exchanges:Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted up to 20 days from date of purchase. We will refund the entire purchase price after receiving your merchandise in good condition. ALL refunds will be for the item(s) only, not the shipping costs. If an order is shipped and returned unopened, Linda's Creations will deduct an additional 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are paid for by the purchaser.
